Looking for something a bit more upscale for your date with that someone special. How about a bit of your favorite southern cuisine? Too common you say! Well how about your favorite southern cuisine infused with a French sensibility? Got your interest!

In Murfreesboro there is a medium to large sized (108 seats), independent restaurant called Five Senses. The owners of Five Senses, Mollie and Mitchell have created some very unique twists on your favorite southern dishes. From Fives’ Famous Fried Oysters with a cornmeal batter and remoulade sauce to the pan roasted ostrich with a maple-chipotle glaze and hominy sauce, Five Senses will delight your senses. And if you need a glass of refreshing white wine or a deep bodied red, Five Senses has an extensive collection of wine to choose from (Click HERE to view the wine list). If you live in Murfreesboro, or in the area, I would definitely recommend that you make a point of stopping in to Five Senses for a real culinary treat!
